Google incorrectly lists the garage as open until 2 AM. However signs in the garage indicate that the garage door will close at 10 PM and remain closed until 6 AM. Avoid this garage if you are needing to park for any sort of evening/night event.

Falsely advertised prices. Says $5 for 0-1hr, but when I tried to pay in the app, they wanted to charge me $15 for 1hr. There was no event rate, but the app claimed it was a “nightly rate”. Avoid this predatory garage.

The pay by phone app may tell you you have parking until midnight, but it's really 10pm I am hoping my car is still there tomorrow morning...

Spaces are located on the first parking level and are narrow (space size vary, but most would be a very tight fit for non-compact cars). Garage is well lit. Watch for reserved spots for ZipCar and tenant/Chloe Apartments residents. There are some reserved spots for those parkers in the "retail parking" section. Early Bird Special has steadily climbed to $12+taxes (out by 6 p.m.).

Don’t park here if you’re going to be out past 10PM. My boyfriend and I were left stranded after a concert at Chop Suey, and it was super stressful. We tried extending the parking through the pay app, but that didn’t even work. Had to find a ride and be back by 6A because we were worried about being towed and having to pay more. All around, terrible experience.
