1700 New York Ave Garage (Atlantic Parking)

You are required to back into a spot and give your keys to the attendant when you leave. On the way out, there's a steep incline that you have to stop in the middle of in order to pay. The rate was comparable to others in the city.

Do not make online reservations for this garage. I reserved parking online to attend a graduation. An attendant was standing outside beside a ‘Garage Full’ sign. I showed him my parking reservation and was told that it was ‘tenant parking’ only because there was a graduation - that’s the reason I booked it! The attendant also said that I should have received an email to cancel my reservation and already received a refund which I didn’t. I had to drive around in rush hour trying to find other parking which was a nightmare

Reserved the night before, had no issues other than it was hard to find as it's tucked back into the buildings. The bathroom was clean and the attendant was nice

Not a good experience! Booked a place 10 days ago on spothero only to arrive on time and be told that they were full. What's the point in having a booking and prepaying only to have this inconvenience?
