Do not make online reservations for this garage. I reserved parking online to attend a graduation. An attendant was standing outside beside a ‘Garage Full’ sign. I showed him my parking reservation and was told that it was ‘tenant parking’ only because there was a graduation - that’s the reason I booked it! The attendant also said that I should have received an email to cancel my reservation and already received a refund which I didn’t. I had to drive around in rush hour trying to find other parking which was a nightmare

"We paid $25 for the whole day. It is close to the White House, as well as other tourist attractions and museums." You can find attendant till 6:00 pm. He was helpful

A very nice guy welcomes you with a smile and provided details about the location and ways to the attractions we came to visit. I disagree with all the negative reviews, iys a great place to park

Good location and value but the attendant is the worst and will drive you absolutely crazy. You're better off looking for street parking.
