Our first time in DC...maybe we should have known better, however we purchased a parking pass online for the day. Upon arriving we were refused access because they were "full".

extremely impolite. I had to walk around 1.5 hrs with my 6 yr old daughter as the security guard refuse to take my credit card and wanted only cash.later he took couldn't he do that to begin with itself.very disappointed

Accidently booked this place for parking, had terrible parking. When leaving, I had to double pay because the parking attendant was not there during work hours.

Horrible parking. It has no pedestrian access to go up or down, it’s poorly signposted, and it’s so expensive.
