If there are a zero star review I would provide it. Sign says they accept Apple Pay. They do not. After calling multiple times I spoke with someone -clearly from out of state at a call center. He hung up on me. I called back. She said we don’t accept Apple Pay. I said well your kiosk has an Apple Pay sign. She said - we don’t. She put me on hold. Sent me a text to pay. Instead of 12.00 I had to pay 12.99. Service fee for the call. That I dint want to make. Small amount but still. Ridiculous. They should have someone on site and they shouldn’t advertise they have Apple Pay if they don’t take it. Rant over.

Well situated in the heart of downtown Evanston. Only feedback is that there needs to be better signage on the 2nd floor that you can turn right INSTEAD of left to go to more parking since once you turn left and there is no more parking you have to go back down and around.

My ticket was eaten by one of their pay machines, all of which had been being problematic the last two weeks, and when I tried their help line the big "solution" was to charge me the "Lost Ticket" fee (a full day's charge, plus service fee). Never mind that I did not lose my ticket; my ticket was STOLEN by the faulty machines on site and I was charged for the privilege. Plus, their customer service phone line is disconnected so I couldn't reach out to the company to make a complaint. Congratulations; you made a successful fully-automated garage and it only cost empathy, understanding, or any customer service ability.

If you're driving an EV be careful: The garage sets the rates at $1 a minute if you are even a second over the 3-hour limit. The garage is next to a movie theater. They don't advertise this whatsoever. $60 in late fees after a movie is an obscene scam.
