Zero star and please avoid here. The worst parking experience I have ever had in DC. I ordered my two-day parking pass, spent two minutes scanning my QR code at the entrance. However, when I tried to scan my QR code to get out, the machine does not work so I called the help. The person on the other side was surprisingly impatient and impolite - I kept explaining to the guy that we scanned QR code in two days ago after 5:30pm, nevertheless, the guy kept saying that we entered at 3pm when our flight didn't arrived yet. The guy refused to look up security cameras and kept looking up for almost half an hour, and also suspecting we purchased the ticket from a third party instead of directly through them. Finally we proposed to call 911 and ask the police to examine our ticket to get out after

You can park til 9, but if you stay past 7 you are not allowed in the building to use the elevator. You will need to walk back around the building to walk down the same way you drove down, however many levels it was. All access to stairs and elevators is locked, which is technically an ADA violation, and you have to keep your head on a swivel so you don't get hit by anyone coming or going. You get what you pay for I guess, at least its cheap.
