1st Amazon saved our roof! The work was done quickly and efficiently, with no mess and excellent results. All the employees we met were genuine, warm, and friendly. The owner was pleasant to communicate with and prompt in her responses. And the price was unbeatable. This is the best roofer in Baltimore!

I was on social media and came across 1st Amazon due to a person recommending them for roof repair/replacement. I reached out to 1st Amazon and from the very beginning I experienced exceptional customer service from Krystal. This was my first roof replacement and she guided me though the process. She made it very easy to for me to get my HOA approval letter as well. The responses from emails and returned calls were always done promptly. The crew showed up early which worked out well for me and they did an excellent job with a great cleanup afterwards. The work and experience was that great that now I am looking to have 1st Amazon do some additional things around my home. The gift bag left at my door was a nice gesture as well.
