Was assigned this company as a second opinion from my warranty company because the first company said both my ac condenser and air handler needed to be replaced . And I was forced into a second opinion which they don’t tell you that they will go with the second opinion over the first opinion not compare the two. This company came out, said that I had a leak in my condenser, which is on the outside of the house, but there was nothing wrong with the air handler inside the house, even though you can obviously see signs of leakage in the air handler . They even went so far as to tell me it must be algae. Because I am a woman they thought I would say oh yes, that’s what it is. No, I have common sense to see the substance that was all over.
