Titus Appliance Repair

Scam artists. We were assigned to them through our home warranty. It was difficult to get ahold of them just to schedule the initial appt. They finally came out to give us a quote on washing machine issue/leak. Barely looked at it, said they'd order a part, then ghosted us for weeks. We finally called to report them to the home warranty to find out they reported the job as completed. Unprofessional. Unethical. I just hope the increasing number of bad experiences will make our home warranty stop working with them to save others in the future. We were reassigned to another company who was responsive & completed the repair in a single visit.

Another worthless contractor hired by my home warranty company. Seven days after they came to diagnose the dishwasher and many attempts to reach them by several parties were made, they STILL never communicated the appliance problem to the warranty company. The clock then was reset to find a new contractor. Now we’re on day 9 of no dishwasher with family arriving and no repairs in sight. What ever happened to integrity?

Got assigned to Titus through home warranty like most of the other reviews. Technician arrived hours late while I was trying to get my kids ready for bed. Was told they would order the part needed to repair my leaking washing machine and would take 3-5 business days to get in but after about 2 weeks of not hearing back about a follow-up appointment tried reaching back out to see if the part was in or not and can not get ahold of anyone. Decided to reach out to my home warranty where it turns out theycompleted the claim without actually doing any kind of repair. Stay away from this company and if you get assigned to them though home warranty ask for a re assignment.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Contacted our home warranty company, Cinch Home Warranty, after our washing machine broke just after moving into our new house. Cinch Home Repair contracted the repair out to Titus Appliance Repair. After a full week and a half of no response from Titus Appliance Repair, they finally "diagnosed" washing machine issue via texted photos. They never came out to diagnose the issue even though they reported to Cinch Home Warranty that they had (and were paid for that home visit). We were told that our washing machine needed a new transmission and that the part was ordered and it would take a week to get in. After a week and no word from Titus Appliance Repair, we contacted them again to follow-up on our ordered part. An appointment was scheduled for them to come out and re

STEER CLEAR! Same result as everyone else. Went through home warranty. The guy who showed up was completely unknowledgeable. Had to talk through a "diagnosis" with someone on the phone. Said he would follow up. Never got a call back. They don't answer calls. The home warranty company cannot get a hold of them. Scam artists for sure. Would have given 0 stars if possible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
