DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Roger does not know what he is doing. He installed a new ac and furnace 2 years ago for me and it's been a nightmare. Long story short, I had him out half a dozen times fixing his mistakes. My ac still doesn't keep up in the summer and now I have high amounts of moisture and mold in my crawl space. Please learn from my mistake. DO NOT TUST THIS GUY.

Terrible communication and time-line. Property management company called them out a few weeks ago to fix AC, guy came out and said they needed to order a part and it would take time, about a week. No worries, that happens. Two weeks with no communication, I reach out to see the status of the part. Am told they will let me know the next day, no response for four days. Eventually I reach out to the property management company to try to get a different contractor assigned. This finally gets them to contact me and say they have the part. Fantastic, no harm no foul. We set up a day and time window for them to come out, the day and time come and we hear absolutely nothing from them. Terrible experience, never use them

Had brand new hvac unit installed few years back, they were fine at the time aside from a few hiccups. Few years later, we’re having ridiculously high levels of humidity in the house. Called for service, answered the first time telling me they would get back to me. Never did. I have called back a few times with no luck on even getting an answer. No text or anything. Communication should be priority for any business. I would not recommend this company due to lack of reliability.

If you want your Air Conditioning services done right, DO NOT use this company. Save yourself some frustration and time and just go with a different company. We had a new unit installed. Everything was ok, for a couple weeks, until it stopped working. Since the installation, we had to call them back out not one, not twice but at least FOUR TIMES and the issues still exist as of today. They do not know what they are doing, they are not professional and they always seem to blame other sources for the poor work they have done. I wish we did not have to write this, but it is what it is, they are TERRIBLE!! RUN, RUN, RUN!!!!!

Our heat went out with the negative temperatures and 8 inches of snow in one night, Rodger was out here within a couple hours and inspected our furnace. Got it all fixed after he got the part needed and we are not freezing anymore! Great company and great people , definitely will use them in the future
