Great experience with Gabe, Pex and Matt this morning. From my initial phone call to the service visit the process was smooth, the communication was excellent and the service was very professional. I received a text with the tech information and picture before they got here which was a great touch! Pex explained in detail what was done, and my receipt was promptly emailed to me. I highly recommend 1st Choice!

Let me start by saying it’s extremely scary when you have problems with your heat and HVAC unexpectedly, especially the night before and morning of storm Fern. 1st choice heating was the only company at that exact moment that catered to my needs and told me someone will be over within the hour treating my case as emergency which is exactly what I needed to get my heat turned back on. Peccio arrived and he was extremely professional, hard working and driven to get to the issue for me. After a very long night and Peccios hard work, he was able to rectify all issues for me and we were not without heat for long. This is what I call service. Since my system is 20 years old I signed up for their maintenance program so I can keep it running smoothly. The services they will provide 2 times a year

1st Choice installed 2 new furnaces and an ac unit at my home in November 2025. I chose 1st Choice to do the work based on meeting Chris who was very knowledgeable and professional and made good recommendations for my hvac needs. Since the installation, 1st Choice has provided excellent service to my home multiple times. Chris and his team are very responsive, helpful and attentive to my requests and inquiries. I greatly appreciate Chris’ attentiveness and responsiveness since the installation. I want to specifically commend Pex who is excellent at diagnosing issues and explaining them and is patient, thorough and extremely hard working. All around positive experience with 1st Choice and I highly recommend this company for any hvac needs.

Being in the middle of winter, I found myself recently thinking how much I appreciate Chris’s professional advice to get a dual system set up. I was originally only planning to get a heat pump and forgo a traditional furnace set up, but I’m so grateful I went with his recommendation. This attention to detail, professional, and expertise is embodied by every single technician that has walked into my house. Sean you’re a rockstar! I couldn't be happier with 1st Choice. I highly recommend them. I had my Heating/Cooling system/Water Heater and Thermostat replaced. My technician's, Pex and Matt were outstanding. I can't say enough great things about them. They were on time, polite, clean and worked tirelessly to make sure everything was working correctly. They even had the patience to teach me the new thermostat. 100% satisfied!
