Where to begin-I will start with the first unsung hero, Maryann. This young lady is the ideal representative of a company. She’s a resource, problem solver/director, scheduler and more. She has a number of times f/u within company employees for call back, etc. and problem resolution. The servicemen (Steve and Mathew) are another group worth their weight in gold. They are knowledgeable, caring, efficient and are great resource and explaining the cause and fix. I had nothing, But a positive experience with Eastern Shore - some initial issues with a brand new system, but very happy now thanks ES Team! I fully support recommendation of this company and team. Best decision I made was switching companies. Very professional and was in and out in a half hour. Came in no BS and told me what was wrong and how long it will take to fix.
