I would give Shell 100 stars if I could. It is refreshing to speak to an owner of a local company who is honest, genuinely cares, and goes above and beyond to do the right thing. I called Shell for what I thought was a carpenter ant problem (after calling 2 other places that just tried to sell me annual packages). The tech Paul, found the ants but advised the issue was more then ants, they were a symptom.. my problem was moisture in the walls. This is something Shell doesn’t work on. Paul even did a moisture reading on our walls and advised us to call an engineer or contractor. After doing so, we uncovered a major issue on our home. Dennis did a thorough inspection of our home today. Dennis is very knowledgeable and professional. He takes the time to explain the situations and circumstances that we had concerns about---When he left, we felt a lot more secure and satisfied that all of our questions were thoroughly answered. I've been using Shell for 3 years in Brielle, fair, honest and most importantly super knowledgeable about all things Pest Control. There's a preventive plan that you can enroll in that keeps problems from arising, can't recommend Dennis the owner and the team enough

Dennis and his team have been serving my home for gosh, well over 10 years. Might even be 15 years. Shell Pest Control is super responsive and always there to help with whatever pest problem that could arise, from termites, to ants to what I like to call hoppers aka cave crickets.
