1st Choice Pest Control

I called 1st Choice because my daughter could hear a mouse in the ceiling. They put 3 bait stations around exterior of house and they said they put 4 bait stations in basement. (I wasn’t thrilled about bait in my house, I could have done that myself). The tech was at my house for a total of 20 min for $230. There were 3 dead mice in my basement and I had to remove them. For $230, it would have been nice if they would have removed them but when I asked them about it, radio silence. I wish I would have asked more questions as I was hoping they would find the source of where the mice were getting into my house. Instead they just put out bait stations. We’ve had some bat and rodent issues at our house since we moved in a few years ago. Rob came out to our home and gave us an amazing assessment, walking around the outside of our home and showing us where potential entry points were and helping us come up with solutions. 1st off they responded!! Called a few other companies that responded very slow to not at all. 2nd they understood I needed service quickly. I had my service technicians to my house in less than 2 hours! Nathan and Matt were awesome. They explained what and why they were doing what they did, are coming back to check on progress. When you call them they’re very informative on what they do and what they’re about. On the day they were to come out, I got a call from the guy doing the service that he was a little early and could stop by sooner. if I wasn’t ready him to start early, he would wait until our scheduled time. When they are on their way, it sends you a text on when they will arrive. I thought the call and the text were both really nice things they do. The extermination itself was quick and thorough. I was worried there were spots that wouldn’t be able to be reached but the guy was able to do them no problem. Even with how busy they are, they returned calls quickly and was able to schedule the service not too far out. I’ll definitely use them again.
