Roto-Rooter Sewer and Drain Cleaning Services

We had a bsmt floor drain backup that was discovered on a Saturday morning (of course). I made a call to Roto Rooter (who I’ve not used for a long time). They had a gentleman out to our house within 2 hrs. He determined the problem to be the ejector pump. He was unable to repair the problem but was able to evacuate the tank. Very thankful for his help and involvement.

I called 1st thing Monday morning and explained my frozen pipes and frustration of trying to get help quickly as our pipes had been frozen for a long time and we lost use of the bathroom Sunday. Although very busy they managed to get out by the afternoon and clear out all of our house pipes. They are amazing, Professional, knowledgeable, experienced guys who explained everything as they went along. They will always be who I contact. Thank you for all of your help.

I just moved into my home two months ago, and after a disastrous attempt to fix a blockage on my own, Brandon and Mack truly saved the day. They were incredibly professional—scoping the pipe for any damage, clearing the blockage efficiently, and providing a thorough report afterward.
