I am very happy to write a review of my positive experience. I had a new stain on my carpeting that I wanted addressed immediately and professionally. I went online, researched and chose Stevens Point Carpet Cleaner. My initial positive experience began on the telephone with their representative, Seth. He listened to me and provided me with reassuring news that they would come to my home that very afternoon! I could not be home due to family circumstances, but when I returned later that evening and saw the remarkable job they had done, it almost brought me to tears. I am so grateful and will definitely recommend Stevens Point Carpet Cleaner to anyone in the future.

We hired PuroClean to do our duct cleaning and carpet clean . They did a fantastic job throughly and very quickly. Cy explained the entire process to us and was very knowledgeable. Cy and Kia were wonderful and left everything in perfect condition! We highly rcommend this company and will hire them again.

My dishwasher leaked and left water under the flooring. Kevin and his team of Ty, Zac, & Maria were so helpful in getting everything removed and prepared to be replaced. Kevin was great in keeping communications between all the companies involved. I would highly recommend their services.

Highly recommend the services PuroClean offers! We had a finished basement that was soaked from a cracked pipe, and I cannot say enough good things about how the entire situation was managed. The crew showed up about 20 minutes after I called them to start drying the area out, they worked directly with my insurance adjuster and coordinated all of the contractors required to repair the area. During a fairly stressful time, they took it into their own hands. The entire crew was top notch professional, but I’d be remiss if I didn’t specifically call out Rosa and her management of the entire case. Thank you for everything!
