1st Class Carpet Cleaning & Restoration Services

We made an appointment from them for the second time, they always do a wonderful job cleaning the carpet. I could tell the difference of the smell when it’s cleaned. I’m so bad at names but they are very friendly and respectful with mask mandates due to I have littles ones. We will be a repeat customer.

Had some water come into the basement, so we reached out to 1st class to help us out. They responded quickly, coming out and effectively steaming and cleaning, drying the affected areas. Even carrying out our old wet padding to the curb for us and cleaning additional flooring in our home. They were informative and affordable and took care of everything we needed.

They came out on time for the job and were very friendly. They had to cancel my appointment the week prior due to sickness which I appreciated them not coming to the house when they were ill. They cleaned the ducts and basement carpet, but seemed to be very much rushing, so the attention to detail was not great (they were in and out in less than 2hrs). I cleared out our entire basement except for a couch and love seat which i had moved into the corner of the room. When I checked after they hadn’t moved them and cleaned the carpet underneath. They did text back after I texted them and said if they were back in the area they would try to stop by and clean those two areas. They did a good job on the areas they did clean.
