The 25 year old fridge that was here when I moved in 5 years ago bit the dust. I have very limited fixed income and was frantic to find a replacement I could afford. Cragislist had a couple but they disappear fast, and as a last resort checked on my local Lowe's store as I'm two miles from that location. Lo and Behold, there was a sale on just the size I needed, for $299. Add on $79 for deliver and $50 to haul away my old humungous unit from the second floor of the buiding. The deliver was FLAWLESS, matter of fact, the entire experience from the git-go, was flawless. The people at the store, I think (hope i remember these names right) Mark B. and especially the two delivery drivers, Naz and Raphail. They were very polite and efficient, perfect gentlemen. This store does not follow the 90 day return policy as advertised by Lowe's. I was told I had 90 days to return an item in the app and online with Lowe's customer representatives, but when I went to return the item in store, they refused to honor their own policy and refused to even offer me a store credit within these 90 days. A business is only as good as their word and this store does not honor their own word let alone their corporate policy.

I have been having my water softener salt delivered from Lowe’s for over a year now and never had a problem. This last order the driver didn’t bother to look at the address and had delivered it to the wrong place and when I called Lowe’s I spoke with Scot and he said they will deliver it tomorrow well I waited all day and nothing no calls nothing so I called the store and spoke with Scott but Scot did nothing but lie and make excuses he tried to tell me they couldn’t find the place but if he had checked the address on the places he would have seen I was around the corner from the wrong place and then Scot tried to tell me that the driver tried to call and texted me so I told him to ask the driver to show u the call and texted message because no one text or called because ur phone will show

Absolute amazing customer service! This Lowe's is one of the most clean and well kept store I've been in. Their pro department is amazing! Highly recommended for a business owner!
