We had Timothy and Brian out for a home inspection and to have ants exterminated. We unfortunately found out we had bats and that our insulation needed to be replaced. Thankfully Brian found it when he did and was extremely helpful with explaining the process of removing and replacing the insulation while removing the bats. He never tried to up charge us once but rather explained everything he thought we should do and what he would do it if was his home. Timothy did a great job eliminating the ants, we have already noticed a difference. Timothy also explained everything clearly and let us know what to expect moving forward. I highly recommend Orkin. Very knowledgeable, reasonable pricing, and very friendly staff.

The tech & inspector were both highly educated and experienced. I was quickly put at ease upon their ON TIME ARRIVAL, as they could tell by the conditions I had a minimal issue happening. When we had the warm spell last week, there was evidence that some mice gained access to my indoor trash cabinet thru the crawl space. They could just tell by the TRACKING in the crawlspace where they entered and immediately sealed it off with adhesive & steel wool, and then set traps in case any of them decided to return. I’ve never had a problem like this and would call them again in an instant. I refer them to anybody for any invasive issue.
