We contracted with First Class Flooring for new carpeting and also had a quote done for sports flooring to create a garage gym. Brianna did an outstanding job with carpet suggestions and measuring the areas. Their pricing was competitive and fair too! We were extremely pleased with her professionalism and constant communication on the status of our orders. The installs were seamless - both installation crews were excellent all around. We are very happy customers and highly recommend their company/services they provided us!

My wife and I first hired them five years ago to replace our worn carpet with new laminate wood flooring and lay LVT in the kitchen and bathrooms. So our floors were very new when the disastrous flood ruined them. 1st Class Flooring worked with our insurance company to replace the water-damaged flooring. They even advocated for us when the manufacturer sent a product that didn't quite match. With their help, we got the right product. Recently, we upgraded our flooring in our home. We worked directly with Cacey. She had such a great depth of knowledge. With her help we picked some really great flooring upgrades. The whole process was really pretty smooth. 1st Class Flooring is a very reputable and easy to work with team. The installers did an outstanding job. We are very happy with the upgrade to our home. We plan to work with Cacey again on some tile upgrades in the future.

Our salesperson, Casey, was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and responsive... she really is excellent at her job and you can tell she takes a great deal of pride in what she does.
