Two very nice men came to resolve an electrical problem. After several minutes they advised that they had found the problem. I opted to do the repairs myself. After purchasing and installing the recommend parts, the problem persisted. A phonecall to Parham brought a more seasoned technician to my house the following day. The procedure was a little more involved than originally thought however it was thoroughly explained and immediately corrected. Parham gave me a deep discount on the service - more than I expected or deserved. I woukd not hesitate to recommend Parham to my friends or to use their services again.

Great service all around! I called after our HVAC system stopped working. The office staff was very nice and was able to get me on the schedule same day. They kept me updated on the ETA of the technician. The technician arrived and was very friendly. He quickly identified the issue and was able to fix it. He also did a thorough inspection of our system and pointed out some issues we should keep an eye on and gave us a quote to have those issues addressed. I was very happy with the services offered by Parham and would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC repairs or servicing.

Garrett was great! He came out to work on a main-line clog. It was very clogged, but he went above and beyond to make sure we flow so we could shower. He stayed late just to ensure we had water. He was very professional and had a great work ethic. Highly recommend!

Quinn was very friendly, professional, and thorough with explaining various aspects of concerns during my electrical inspection. He was very vivid and precise showing photos for my understanding. Mason came to give quote the day after I called asking for service. He was polite friendly & knowledgeable about replacing existing pvc with pex. I wanted extra shutoffs inside so I wouldn't have to crawl under house again. He told me where would be best placement also gave advice for things I didn't think about. Happy I called Parham. Local plumbers were no shows.
