I hired First Home Improvement to repair wind and hail damage from 2024. The services i received from First Home Improvements was smooth. The insurance approved roof and sidings. The work was done fast. I received professional service. What can be improved, attention to detail where its not visible to the homeowner but the professional should be aware. Overall, great service. First Home Improvement replaced my roof, siding, gutters and downspouts. They handled the project from start to finish very professionally and in a timely manner. Ray was on site often checking to make sure everything was perfect, and delivered exactly what he promised to deliver. The quality of work was fantastic, down to every last detail. You can tell that the crew was highly experienced and took pride in their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have exterior work done.

Ist Home Improvement replaced my roof, rain gutters and siding that was damaged in a hail storm. The communication with Eric and Alex was what you hope to expect from a company that is doing work on your most important and expensive possession. I was treated with respect and excellent communication during the entire process dealing with my insurance company and to the complete finishing of the project! The work was done with craftsman like care all the way to the final cleanup! I love It! My neighbors are impressed! They have my Highest Commendation!

1st Home Improvement solicited me at my home and informed me that I needed a new roof due to damage. Ryan met with me to review the alleged damage and stated that the company would work with my insurance to have the roof replaced. After the claim was submitted, my insurance company denied it, stating that a new roof was not necessary. Ryan then told me that 1st Home Improvement would appeal the decision and that it would be resolved. Over the next several months, I contacted Ryan almost every other day, and each time I was told they were “working on it.” I was given repeated excuses, but no progress or resolution. It has now been six months, and I still have not received any answers or updates. I would not recommend this company due to their lack of professionalism and follow-through. As

Stu ( Manager ) and Alex were thoroughly took care of concerns we had. Roof was installed about 2 years ago. This late spring/ summer we contracted 1st Home improvement to do facia and soffit work all around the home. This was wonderfully done in 2 days. We called about a follow up issue regarding gutters and Alex professionally took care of the issue(s) . Owner Raymond has a top first class business.
