1st Response Restoration - Idaho

When our basement flooded, several people recommended 1st Response Restoration- I’m so glad they did! Jocelynn is the most professional, knowledgeable, helpful person I have ever contacted in a scenario like this. What could have been very complicated and stressful (especially the week of Christmas) turned into a breeze because of Jocelynn’s help. Jerad and Jaden were truly professionals when they carefully removed carpeting and walls, ensuring that our house still remained intact and clean. We are very impressed by the professionals at 1st Response!

We are very pleased with this business. Jocelynn was amazingly thorough with are remodel, Cody and Shay were great as well. Steven came in and took care of the plumbing. They all were very professional! Great job 1st Response!!!!

It's never fun to deal with unpleasant home issues, but they made it so easy!! 1st Response Restoration is amazing!!! They made my kitchen look even better than before. It all started with a broken pipe under my sink. They came right over, dried it out, and communicated with my Adjustor. I was able to pick out all new cabinetry, hardware, countertops, and a sink. I’m so so happy with the results and I would recommend them to any friend or family member! (Photos before, during, & result!)
