I can’t say enough good about Jay and his crew. Jay and the crew came out and did an exceptional job in helping us through the process. Turns out our soil was super sandy so the trench being dug, kept sloughing off into the hole. Jay and Miguel were excellent in helping us work through the emotions of having things not go exactly as we had planned. Our trench required the sidewalk, curb, and the road to be excavated out. With some of the requirements being put in place by the city/state and the issues with the trench by the house caving in, I was sure we would see additional costs. But Jay stayed true to his bid. Our kitchen faucet died on us and we needed a new one installed on a Friday. I called All American Rooter and Jay and Kenyon were there within the hour to do the install- which took about 10 minutes! I would definitely recommend them and we will definitely use them again.

On Wednesday, October 9, 2024 All American Rooter took a job next to my house. They dug where they weren’t supposed to. They lied and denied and have given me the runaround at least 10 times with all of their nonsense. I would not recommend ever using this company based on the fact of how much grief they have given me and I didn’t even hire them. Three months later after lying to me over and over, there is still a hole on the edge of my property. They are incapable of filling in a hole in the alley next to my property. Doesn’t seem like rocket science. I hired a professional company four months prior to the neighbors as I replaced my sewer lines as well. Coincidentally, I saw it done right. All American Rooter however, came to the neighbors four months later and demonstrated their ability
