Our shower floor developed cracks around the drain, which we later discovered were caused by incorrect installation with no support underneath. Other companies told us the floor couldn't be repaired and that the entire unit needed replacement. Hoping to save money, we continued searching for someone capable of repairing just the floor. We got lucky when we reached out to Devan with Elite Restoration. After inspecting our shower, Devan agreed that the floor could be fixed. While his company typically only replaces whole showers, he spent many hours on the phone finding someone else to do the repair for us. It was incredible that he invested so much time helping us find another company, rather than pressuring us to use his own. You rarely find that kind of honesty and integrity these days. W

The mitigation work was handled quickly and professionally, and the team clearly had a lot of knowledge and experience. They moved fast and did a solid job, which helped reduce a lot of stress during the process. On the finance side, any small issues that came up were addressed promptly. While some of the communication felt a bit direct at times, everything was still handled efficiently. Overall, I’m happy with the service and would recommend them for their responsiveness and expertise.

Restore Rite cleaned up our flood in a fast timely manner . All their employees were professional and the work done exceeded our expectations . Having strangers in and out of your personal space sometimes feels uncomfortable but we never felt that way with the Restore Rite team . We are happy with the quality of work done and if needs be we would definitely use them again!

Elite restoration was super quick and friendly in response, and offered a complimentary water damage inspection when we had a minor leak. Jared Lusk, the one who inspected the damage, was super helpful, providing lots of information and options if we needed it. Lord willing we won’t have to but will definitely reach out for any future needs.
