1st Source Contractors

We needed our home fixed from the March 2025 storms that came through our area. We thought we found a great, local company. But we were wrong. First off Craig told us all these lies about how much our insurance would fix. We’re first time homeowners and we don’t know about insurance claims. Then he said he’d help and make sure the adjuster saw stuff, he did nothing, said nothing to the adjuster. Didn’t point out any of the things he had pointed out to us. Then once we sent the paperwork from our insurance, he came and was reading it wrong. Once we asked more questions and pointed out what amount of money we did get, he realized he had “read it wrong”. He said he would take it and read through it again and get back to us right after Easter. That never happened. No calls. No text replies, no

I would not recommend this company to my worse enemy. They are unprofessional, unorganized and incompetent. They do not understand the word “communication”. Craig talks and acts like he knows the business but in all reality he’s very much incompetent. He shouldn’t be in this business. Brad the owner is a piece of work. He is very inconsiderate and has absolutely no customer service skills. I am warning you all not to waste your time, efforts and money on them! They will say anything you want to hear upfront to get your business but then you will be disappointed thereafter.

We got hit w/hail during the March 12th tornado. Even though I couldn’t see any damage, Brad Miller came out a few days later & helped us work w/State Farm to get a new roof installed. Brad made the process easy - he even recommended installing ridge vents - which really cool our house down during the heat waves. Can’t say enough good things about 1st Source & Brad Miller. Our new roof looks great & the entire project only took 1 day.

Can't say enough good things about working with 1st Source! We had hail damage from March 2024 and needed a new roof. Brad connected us with Craig, who managed our project from start to finish. Craig is creative, thoughtful, and an excellent communicator. 1st Source handled every detail including the insurance claim paperwork.

Brad Miller was exceptionally responsive and accommodating providing estimates to replace our whole roof. He worked closely with us during the insurance hail damage claim process, and once the claim was approved had his team scheduled to start within a few days. This was a fairly large roof, and The team showed up at 6:15 am and stayed until 9:00 pm to complete the job. That included removal , installation, and cleanup. Very happy with the results! Brad had done several smaller jobs for us in the past, and His integrity and “honest” estimates and pricing were why we chose First Source to do our roof replacement. I would highly recommend First Source to anyone for small repairs to a whole roof replacement.
