2 2nd St Valet Parking Garage

Terrible service. Poor communication, manager is not reading notes of previous shift. Employee that took our car communicate very clearly that we are getting discount as Lokal Eatery customers $15 for under 2 h parking, $20 for full day. When we picked up car new manager that took over shift did not apply discount charged us full $30 and when we asked him why they te $30 he said that he didn’t know we were customers of Lokal Eatery, but no one told us that we suppose to remind them. It made no sense because person that checked in our car took notes, but new shift didn’t read it. They also told us they don’t know how to issue refund in their system after transaction processed. In addition, manager smelled like marihuana and kept saying that there is nothing he can do as he was not the one t

Beware. My boyfriend parked his sports car here 7/30/24 between 12-8pm and noticed that someone opened his trunk and stole his car jack. This is unacceptable and I would like to speak with management, whom can I contact? I am requesting for surveillance cameras to be checked. If people are paying to park in any garage, the security of their car should be ensured. I am also requesting for a refund as I don’t see a reason why he had to pay for parking when the security of his car could not be ensured.

First off I will never let these people near my car again. Went to dinner waiting to getting my truck and all of a sudden I hear tires screeching my husband like is that our car! Not only could you have crashed my car but you drove it like you stole it! Had the nerve to think he was getting a tip. Smh...DO BETTER

I use to park at this place for my work. They do valet parking. One day when I got my car. I see my side mirror was broken. I said to the guys they provided me the owners number and said call him he will help you, the company pay me via insurance. I have met the owner in person couple of times before. I live an hour away. I called the guy, texted - no response. Finally I drove to find him. When he saw me, he came to me and showed me a video of car been parked. He said there was no car parked near me. I told him it could have been on the way the guys parked or when they got the car back. He said it won’t happen on the way. It cost 750$ for me to replace it. Use the parking opposite to this one. It’s open but still you can park yourself. Price wise it’s lower than this place
