I was really impressed with how quickly 2 Brothers Chimney Service was able to fit me in for a chimney sweep—much sooner than any other place I called in Brisbane. Their prices for cleaning and inspection were better than the other companies I checked with. Jace came by and took a look at my wood pellet stove, cleaned out the exhaust both inside and outside, and even showed me how simple it is to maintain with a shop-vac—he didn’t charge me for the inspection since it was such a quick job. The honesty and friendliness really stood out to me. I’ll definitely be using them for my fireplace and chimney cleanings every year from now on.

When we bought our home, the chimney was just as it came—turns out it was covered with a thin sheet of metal that let in water and other debris. Once again, the service was outstanding! This is the second time we've had 2 Brothers Chimney Service come out to clean and inspect our gas fireplace in Brisbane. Max made sure to protect our floors, carefully vacuumed, and thoroughly cleaned the fireplace. He even touched up the paint where needed. Now our fireplace looks and works just like new! Max was both professional and efficient, answering all my questions clearly. He also sent us a helpful link for the right blower in case we wanted to add one, which saved us a lot of time searching. We had a chimney in Brisbane that needed serious attention. Max, Shawn, and David came out to handle the removal and made sure the roof was properly patched up afterward. They were very professional, always keeping us updated about each step of the process and explaining what was going on. The whole team was friendly and happy to answer all our questions, and they didn’t mind us watching while they worked. Before the removal, David did an extremely detailed fireplace and chimney inspection, making sure nothing was missed.
