This is a review about the overall experience with Cool Solutions for Five Spice Indian Grocery In San Jose CA. I had a 15 door freezer installed, a 9 door fridge, and a refrigerated produce case. I have had issues with my freezer a month after it was up and running with product in it. The install was done very poorly and we have noticed warm spots in the freezer and have noted no obstructions to airflow. When we bring this up the first time, they agree and help get the issue fixed, but that did not fix the issue, there was still ice buildup on the condensing coils and warm spots in the freezer, warm spot means half the freezer is not freezing properly. This was my first experience with Cool Solutions. I have to say I was very impressed with their service from beginning to end. The communication along the way was great. The install team was fast, efficient and polite. They really knew what they were doing. They made sure everything was plugged and sealed. The Refridgeration start up team was amazing. They did such an incredible job making sure the entire cooler was up and running. They even made recommendations for some items they saw that wasn't even part of their job. I will definitely use them on my next project.
