I've been using Norman S. Wright for the last two years and they have been great to deal with. Donna S. and her team have done an amazing job of quick turnarounds on both quotes and getting equipment released and on its way, as well as providing updates along the way.

This company is very slow at getting back to me via email and phone. I need pricing and availability for parts my customers really need and they don't get back to you for a few days. Norman Wright and it's employees need to be more efficient and pro active. This is highly unprofessional.

I’ve been trying to order a part for 2 weeks now through John Adtkins. He has literally dropped the ball every day, and my clients are now furious at me for not getting them the part. I WOULD NEVER TRUST HIM OR THIS COMPANY AGAIN FOR ANYTHING IMPORTANT REGARDING MY BUSINESS. John completely wasted my time and my clients time.
