2000 M Street NW LAZ Parking Garage

No problem getting in and finding a long term space. I wasn’t blocked in when I returned days later and the rate was very appealing. The hotel I stayed in was only two blocks away! I would definitely park here again. Clean, secure and monitored.

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. We pulled in yesterday and they told us that we would be able to pick up our car into the morning, TWO workers told us this. We get there in the morning and the worker says “are you going to park here today.” We looked at each hour confused, as we were walking in to get our car… what did he think we were going to park? Our invisible car? So we gets mad and tells us we owe another $20 for today. Whatever we go to pay and he says “you have cash?” Confused, we say “no? Do you all not take card?” As we paid in card yesterday, he gets mad again and calls someone speaking in another language. Long story short he was trying to basically pocket money for himself and we ended up paying double. Never never would I recommend, valet at your hotel or find anot

ParkWhiz reserve parking for me at this garage, as the garage is closed on weekends. My vehicle was stuck in the garage. That was very unprofessional.

This garage is not a good choice for those who park daily. There is no elevator from the parking area, and daily parkers must use the bottom floor. Don’t try the stairs either as all the exit doors are locked! If you’re not a tenant of the building, you must exit by walking three floors up the car ramp, which is inconvenient and dangerous. I give one extra star as the garage is not crowded. Now I know why!

This garage is actually a Laz Parking garage and the staff is beyond rude. They also lose keys all the time and constantly create new rules about where you can and can’t park. Mad expensive too.
