DO NOT PARK HERE. Predatory payment process and confusing on purpose to extort money. Instead of taking a ticket at the entrance and paying upon exit like every other ramp, you have to pay in advance for the amount of time you *think you'll be there.* This is poorly explained on minimal, confusing, small, and very poorly placed signs in the ramp. If you miss these signs, you will receive a parking violation of $61. If you don't pay for enough time or forget to pay for additional time, you will receive a parking violation of $61. Myself and numerous others missed these signs, as there were several cars around me with yellow parking violation envelops on their windshields. Avoid this place. Says $2/hour rate on the sign but then they'll slap you with a $66 "citation" for not knowing to pay in advance

The signs need to be more clear. "Pay In Advance" is not a suggestion, like it is in most garages. Even though there are booths and gates and you can drive in and park before being charged there is no way to pay upon exiting. The gates are always open, I guess? So, I got a ticket a $47 ticket. 😠

Expensive ramp with no security or cameras. Recently removed the entrance gates. I've had my car windows broken and several coworkers have had their windows broken/cars stolen outright.

Date of VIsit: 01/11/2020 - Nice location with easy proximity to Minneapolis Event Center, however, the parking rates are high and somewhat confusing. We were visiting for a company-sponsored event that paid our parking - they provided stickers on our tickets which made the check-out process VERY EASY to leave the ramp.
