2101 W Wells Lot - Power Parking

Don't buy a monthly parking pass for this lot. Every single weekend, it is impossible to find parking. The valet in the area take up all the spots, and then refuse to move the cars. Also, on weekends they close the lot to the public, so the valet tells us we have to park somewhere else, even though we aren't public. We pay a monthly rate to park here. Secure parking should delineate where valet can park and where monthly renters can park. If you're lucky enough to find a decent valet to move a car, you'll be waiting for at least 20 minutes while they run around getting the keys. The valet have also directed us to other spots in the lot, spots that they say are strictly their's but will let us park there for the night. Do NOT park here or 1) your car will end up being double parked, 2) you'll have to wait around for an attendant to show up, and 3) the attendants cannot expedite a solution other than calling a tow truck. This happens because after you park and are promised that you won't be blocked in, the lot will somehow end up unattended and un-monitored between shifts. Also, corporate doesn't respond to complaints, so you'll get no remedy. Parking options in this area usually have the same rate. So just park elsewhere.

I got a parking ticket from this lot when I did not even know it existed. The citation was $60 and immediately sent to collections and law firm.

Stupidly expensive now. For the weekends it used to cost $5 for the whole day. Out of nowhere it rose to $15.
