narrow accident prone garage. conflicting information on payment method and the attendant is scarcely available. i would not park here if i did not have to in order to access the doctor while im on crutches without parking blocks away. i guess prices aren’t completely terrible considering its proximity to downtown but it is not a good place to park. i can’t wait until im off crutches and don’t have to use this garage to go to the doctor

Avoid this parking lot! The parking attendant charged us and when we got into the garage, there were NO parking spots available. Cars were parked along the walls and it was really hard to navigate. We could not park in the lot! We requested a refund and he told us to call the company. We called several times and sent an email. We also tried to send a message via the form on the website. No response!

No one was there. And after I followed the instructions the gate never opened. I called the manager and he told me they were closed! Like what?! And there was no sign saying that. I had to call another number to get my money back. DO NOT PARK HERE.

The parking attendant screamed at me while not wearing a mask because I ... didn't see her when she was sitting INSIDE HER CAR and then was livid I went in, thinking there were automated gates at the bottom. Rude, avoid at all costs. Also overpriced.
