Be aware of this place! Drove in to the garage without seeing the tiny sign on the over head beam for ticket. I immediately went to ask the lady in the office how can I get a parking ticket . She asked if I had a ticket and I said no, she told me just come back to see her when I leave. I returned within 15 mins to tell her I was ready to leave, she was acting like she never talked to me before and asked where is my ticket. Then she insisted on charge me full day and came up with all sorts of excuses. Be aware of this scammy place and this parking staff. She didn’t even have the nerve to turn around and talk to me.

Great option when going to Georgetown, walking distance from all main attractions. Look for the sign on the left side in the back of the building that says Atlantic, it’s an underground garage. I arrived early and the door was closed, had to wait until an employee pulled in. Had to explain why I am there. But otherwise it is a clean and safe place to leave your car.

I think I got scammed. Man working the parking garage demanded $12 for 15 minutes of parking for me to go to Chinese Embassy. The sign said $6 for first hour, but I didn't have time to argue...

horrible customer service. they take forever to get you a tap key to access the building and are unavailable to aid you getting access to your car on weekends. do not recommend.
