2340 Smallman St Parking

We spend 5+ hours in The Strip twice a year. We park in this lot and it makes departure around 3pm on a Saturday so simple. By the end of our excursion everybody has a bunch of goodies and it's nice to pile back into the car off of a busy road. Flat $10 rate makes for great consistency; we know where to go.

Cones and construction equipment taking up multiple spots. Not taking account of how many actual spots are available and therefore people are having to exit immediately after entering because the lot is actually full. Only 1 exit that gets bottlenecked. I’d rather park on the street blocks away than deal with that again.

Parking was fine but there wasn't a flat fee like others in the review are saying. If you can find street parking in the Strip it's much cheaper than this.

Don’t park here! No attendant on busy weekend day. Pay machine at the exit holds up line. Waited 20 mins to get out.

Wait *forever* to get out, even with the attendant helping.
