BEWARE! The technicians Kris & Kyle quoted $795 for replacing the fan motor. I was at work and did not have time to research it, at the time. After I spoke to someone else that had more done (outside fan motor replaced, dual cap replaced, filter replaced, freon added, and drain line cleaned) with another company recently for $405 total, I Googled price of the part Economaster EM3459 Condensor Fan Motor. The part ranges from $60 to 120 online and the nearest Grainger store has it for $95. That is when I requested more details than what they wrote on the invoice since the provided invoice only shows total without a break down of charges. They now claimed motor cost $495, and R410A Freon was $300. Yet only after the install was done, did they tell me that they added some Freon since it was l
