Won’t give a receipt. Charged 93 year old woman cash $180 to unlock car door. Trying for three weeks to get a receipt so she can file an insurance claim.

This place came at 7am to pick my lock I lost a key during the move. They arrived in under 30 minutes and the person had the lock open in 5! Hopefully I don’t have to use them again but if I’m ever in a bind I’m calling.

I called at 8:30pm on a Friday night, I had to tell him 3 times what i needed then i asked for an estimate on price and was told the price is set by tech and wouldn't give me even a price range so i coould have it then he said he couldn't help me
