The team did a fantastic job responding to a late night roof leak at a Seattle condo building during a major storm. They placed floor to ceiling plastic sheeting around the water leak to contain mess before they opened up the ceiling to dry it out, they had the right equipment, and they cleaned up after each of the steps. We'll be able to quickly get a contractor out to repair the ceiling and have the resident's home back to pre-damaged condition.
