2S Well Drilling

Recently decided to go with Geo Thermal and needed a drilling company to trust with the wells. I searched around and inquired with about 6 different drilling companies but decided on 2S Drilling. Between the transparency provided by Shane during our walk thru and the clean up and work done by the techs Eric and Avelar who came out to finish everything up, I am pleased with the minimal amount of disturbance in regards to my yard and the overall work that was done. During the install, Eric and Avelar came across an electrical line buried underground we did not anticipate being in the area of work. They were careful to not damage this and dug around it by hand. 2S was always quick to get back to my emails, and even bumped up my scheduled install date due to an opportunity in their schedule. I

Response following my initial call for service were handled with great efficiency and the office staff kept me informed on their techs arrival time. And while the initial diagnostic was not too encouraging, the service tech, Ivan, was extremely professional and clearly conveyed what the issues were with our well and what our options were to get it corrected. He was very patient and ensured I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision on how to proceed. I look forward to working with him to resolve the problems we have with our system.

I had an unexpected disruption to my water service after some backyard construction, and this company was absolutely fantastic. Their team came out over the weekend, quickly diagnosed the issue with my well’s water and electrical lines, and gave me clear, practical recommendations throughout the process. They worked tirelessly all weekend to restore my water, and I felt fully informed and supported the entire time. I’m incredibly grateful for their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication. Highly recommend!

2S Well Drilling recently replaced our well pump. Ivan and his assistant (didn't get his name) did a fantastic job. It was the week before Thanksgiving and we had more than 20 people coming to celebrate. They diagnosed the issue and waited while I got an approval from our Home Warranty. They replaced the pump and the 320+ feet of water line quickly and efficiently. Thank you for a job well done

I'm very happy with 2S Well Drilling support. They were very responsive during a weekend emergency. Ivan, our technician, was especially helpful in addressing our system leakage. He was fully competent and professional in diagnosis and quickly repairing our system. The worksmanship and quality of the repair is evident. He also went the extra mile to help us understand how we could care for the system long-term, and highlighted areas of consideration as our system ages. The owner, Shane, was also very engaged in the repair coordination and helping us understand our home warranty coverage, ensuring that we were not surprised with any out of pocket expenses. They will definitely be my first call on any future well system issues or concerns.
