I needed a custom dryer exhaust and called some companies. One company said its a small job and they wouldn't be able to do it for at least three weeks, if at all. One HVAC company said they don't install dryer exhausts. My plumber referred me to Robby. He came out on Wednesday, gave me a quote on a Friday and was scheduled to do the install on Tuesday. He finished a job early on Monday and ended up installing it Monday. Excellent customer service, quality work, reasonable prices and very responsive. I would definitely use them again in the future. Five stars all day long!

I've been using Hall for the past several years since I moved to Edgewater. I echo the other reviews that say they do quality work at reasonable prices. Glen, the tech who has been to my house several times, always explains what he is doing and why if I'm being nosy (which I usually am). I highly recommend them.

I'm very pleased with Hall Enterprise service. Robby and Glen is very professional and responsive. I'm glad my neighbor refer this company to me because i got 3 different quotes from other HVAC companies but they over charge a lot more and keep pushing me for monthly installment plan. I rather not to be in debt and ,so glad that I found them. The crew is courteous, punctual and replace my HVA in like 7 hours, I was amazed. I recommend this company to everyone.

I am currently applying for geothermal GRECS and needed a signed document from the installer to certify that the geothermal system was indeed installed. I contacted my original installer, Hall Enterprises. After a few phone calls they outright refused to sign the document with the receptionist saying "this conversation is over" and hanging up the phone. They said they refused because I was no longer a client and they no longer install or service geothermal systems. I don't know exactly why not being a client matters, they did install the system, and I couldn't be a client anyway. In my opinion, the receptionist was one of the most rude and unprofessional people I've talked to in a long time and needs to find another line of work. I have the original County permit that shows Hall installed

Our furnace went out on Thursday Hall Enterprises had a new one installed the following Monday. This isn't the first time they've come to our rescue and the customer service is top notch!
