Grant, from 3 Anchor Bay Pools, was the only contractor that asked to come out to my house, review the work to be performed and provide a very good estimate. It was also the lowest estimate I received. 3 Anchor Bay Pools was able to start the job within a week of my accepting their proposal. Throughout the entire process Grant ensured that he kept me informed and was asking if I had any questions. The laborers showed up on time, were very curteous, quiet and unobtrusive as they performed the work. We're very happy with how well the pool resurfacing project turned out. The highlights: Grant was nice, always texted or called and answered my calls. The price was more near the low end compared to other estimates. The job was done in 5 days. There was no surprises with extra time, fees, or mishaps. The plaster used was a high performance product (PMM Marquis series). We selected bluestone quartz. The finish is smooth, yet not slippery at all. The plaster was wheeled in from the street where it was mixed and not pumped meaning no oil contamination in the product. We very much liked the diamond tiles installed on the steps. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Said the stained were from us not maintaining proper chemical balance. This started in the first 30 days from completion. We had in our contract for them to maintain the pool for the first 30 days. Grant would do nothing to fix the issue. Our neighbor across the street had their pool done by them in the same timeframe and had the same issue.
