3 Bears Landscaping

Long neglected front yard was completely transformed! Great work by Nick and Chance dealing with rainwater erosion and installing retaining wall and sod. I'd heartily recommend 3 Bears, and will invite bids from them on future projects.

We worked closely with Brandon and the team at 3 Bears for 2 summers in a row - the first was spent preparing a space for a play fort and the second was a major backyard project with landscaping and hardscaping (patio and paths) when we got a swimming pool installed. Brandon worked closely with us to create designs (including 3D renderings) that made us feel comfortable with the size of the second project and he coordinated with the swimming pool installers, masons, and irrigation company to ensure that everything went smoothly. Ultimately, we ended up with a beautiful and functional space that we will enjoy with family and friends for many years. Their signs are posted on the corners so I assume they're being paid for snow removal. If so, yikes! It's been difficult, even treacherous, walking Milwaukee Ave most of the winter. It's was much better in past years when I assume residents did it themselves. Photo doesn't do the condition justice.

I chose 3 Bears based on reviews like this. They were timely and did great quality, high value work to clear and level the messy. weedy spaces around our garage, making sure to preserve plants as I requested. They installed an 8x8 hot tub pad and laid a new weed barrier and mulch. It's clear they take pride in their great work - highly recommend!

Brandon and Walter created a beautiful stone retaining wall in our backyard. Now we need to get plantings and fencing that are as beautiful. Great investment!
