3G Home Exteriors replaced my siding on my rental in Berkley and installed new gutters. The home looks amazing and the workmanship was excellent. The communication with Jeff was excellent and the cost was very competitive. He continuously followed up with me which was great. Brian and Kyle did a great job on the siding and gutters, even though the weather was pretty darn cold. I would highly recommend 3G. I quoted several other companies and one of my friends had used them and was also very happy with them.

We had 3G do gutters and leaf guards for our home. We received several quotes. One competitor gave an initial quote of $42K. And then offered discounts upon discounts till their final quote was about $15K. 3G (Jamie) came out and did a quote, even though we weren’t able to be there. They gave us one very reasonable price. We ended up asking them to do aluminum cladding on our fascia boards in addition. Even with that significant upgrade, and the leaf guards, their quote was significantly less. They did a great job on the tear off, not even disturbing some big flower bushes and deer netting by our house. The job was done very well, and they were very professional. Highly recommend Jamie and his crew!

From the estimation, to the tear off, until the job was done, we were nothing but pleased on the price, professionalism and quality of work! Our home looks so great! They kept us in the loop every step of the way. Answered all our questions as they came up. We got a new roof, siding, sliding glass door, 2 windows, gutters and soffit . Kyle and Craig did an amazing job on our siding! Nothing but compliments from the neighbors! And they cleaned up everything daily. Jeff was great to work with and was always available for questions! So glad we chose 3G to give our home the make over it needed!

Jamie was very knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. Received an estimate for new gutters and had us scheduled within a week. The work was done in a timely manner and looks excellent! Highly recommended!
