The experience I've had with Bethel Custom Brick LLC has been nothing but exceptionally pleasant. From the initial phone call, to the estimate, and very quick scheduling to get the job done. Adam the estimator was on time, he was diligent in looking for things with his expert view as well as listening to all my concerns, Tracy was kind and worked with me to meet a price point that helped. The team that showed up were really and worked through the entire day as well as walked me around the house to show all the areas they fixed. They rebuilt a wall to hide trash cans and my front step. They look fantastic. I will absolutely recommend this business to anyone looking for touch up or new brick work. Outstanding 10 out of 5 stars!

I am very happy that I chose Bethel Custom Brick to rebuild my porch, sidewalks, driveway and Patio. It looks phenomenal!! My surrounding neighbors were very impressed! Melissa the salesperson is amazing! She was knowledgeable and honest regarding the work that needed to be done. She did not try to upsell me or do any additional work that was not necessary. She was on par with everything! In addition, once the project started, she always stayed in touch with me and made sure I was happy. The crew that worked on this project were terrific!! They stayed late multiple nights in order to complete the job in a timely manner. Would highly recommend Bethel Custom Brick for your front porch and concrete repair. They did a great job with doing our front porch and fixing parts of our stamped concrete around our pool. The company was very responsive and came out promptly for all their appointments. The crew was very polite, respectful of property and did an amazing job with our projects. Bethel is a great company to work with. Wyatt recently called us to follow up on summer project to make sure we were happy, we certainly are. The entire staff is amazing to work with. Tracy, Melissa, and Fransisco are amazing to work with from the estimate, install and follow up. We even had the opportunity to meet with Josh, the owner of the company. They are kind, efficient, and trustworthy. We are hiring them again in the spring for another project.

We had Bethel Custom Brick repair and refinish our stamped concrete patio, walkway and driveway trim. There was an extremely unusual and severe issue with the patio. Bethel stuck to it and determined the cause and the best way to remedy the problem. They diligently continued to work on it to repair it, standing behind their promise to do everything to make us happy with their work. It took an extraordinary amount of labor to complete this job. The owners were around frequently to check on progress and keep us fully informed. No surprises. They did everything they promised.
