I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company and would not recommend them to anyone, especially if you are on a tight timeline. The movers arrived smelling strongly of marijuana, which immediately raised concerns about professionalism and safety. More importantly, they were not prepared to perform the move at all. It became clear that the owner, who provided the original quote, failed to communicate the true scope of the job to his own crew. As a result, the movers said they could not complete the services I had booked and left a deposit for. This left me in an impossible situation, as I was closing on the sale of my house the very next day. I was forced to scramble at the last minute to find another moving company under extreme stress. Pierre and Jeremy were awesome they loaded our 24 ft trailer in 2 hours! They were polite, conscientious and professional. The only reason I rated them 4.5 was they were scheduled to be there between 9 and 10 am, but didn't arrive till 11:45. We were able to be flexible because we weren't on a tight time schedule.

As someone who has gotten burned my bad moving experiences in the past I’m not kidding when I say you’d be an idiot not to use DTM. I called and got a quote which was very reasonable after calling around in about 2 minutes. They reached out day before to confirm and ask if I needed other help to prep. Day of was unreal. Chad, Jordan and 3rd guy (sorry he was awesome!) not only arrived early but absolutely crushed this move. Clearly they work together often as they are efficient as anything I’ve seen. So happy I picked them for this move. They even helped me with a few things not part of the move like placing my fridge back and moving a dresser I ordered. Moving sucks and this was anything but. If you are moving and need Movers, DTM is the only call you need to make. Thank you!!!

I would Highly recommend this company and the crew for moving Hot Tubs and just moving in general. They showed up on time, were polite, quick, careful & knowledgeable. This was my first time using Designed To Move, and I will absolutely use them again. Thanks for a great experience!! 😊👍

We recently used DTM to move us from one home to another. The 3 man crew that came were nice young men, but it became obvious they were not professional movers. We had an upright freezer and a refrigerator that had to be moved from the basement. Instead of measuring the appliances to see if there was enough clearance to get them through the doorway, one by one they moved each item up the stairs and tried to force them through the doorway. After the move to our new home was complete and DTM left, we realized the door to the refrigerator was chipped and had a significant dent in it. The next day, we went back to the home we moved from and found extensive damage to the basement stairwell wall and door trim. We regret that we didn’t use the highly rated and more expensive mover that we had
