A one trip to the hardware store experience. Usually, each of my DYI repairs is 3 trips. I drove out of my way to go here and brought what I thought needed to be replaced. The helpful staff told me I probably needed a different part and saved me from additional trips. Worth a few extra miles.

Excellent customer service. The associate I spoke with listened to what I was repairing and got me exactly the part I needed that worked best with my toilet brand & told me a few tips how to DIY the job properly. This will be my new go-to for plumbing supplies rather than the big box home improvement stores.

The guys were very helpful and the ladies very friendly. I'm from out of town and I would love to have a hardware store by me with this great atmosphere about it.

Dude the guy with the crazy eye is rude. Will never shop here again. Asked for flexible gas line, dude walked out with copper tubing. And then gets irritated with me when he didn’t grab the right thing. Telling me they don’t make 20Ft flexible gas lines and they definitely do. Don’t like working where you work , get a new job man. But kill the attitude
