Bought a portable washer from this warehouse and received a broken item. The washer does not spin and obviously was never repaired. When I went to pick it up, it still had water at the bottom of it that had to be drained. I drove an hour one way. Paid a price of $20 less than if I had bought it brand new from Amazon but I was ok with it because of the convenience. In addition to the broken item, I was given a random and incorrect hose which caused me the trouble of three trips to Home Depot to figure out how to create one to connect correctly without leaking. Bad experience to say the least. I would not recommend purchasing here if you were buying anything refurbished. Just purchased a 3rd dehumidifier, for my brother-in-law. He loves it. I've had ours for over 2 yrs, and my son's , for 6 months. They all work great. Can't beat the prices, and the office , and warehouse staff are great. Now that I know they sell larger appliances, I know where I'll be checking first.

These guys are awesome! Every question I had, they answered; any problem I encountered, they fixed. The owners even gave me suggestions on comparable equipment, showed me the reviews, and helped me with getting everything set up. The wine cooler I bought was exceptional. It was available and ready as soon as I arrived and in excellent condition. I recommend this company to everyone I meet for the supplies they need. I have never dealt with better people.

Great hidden gem! Called and spoke with a friendly CSR who helped me pick out and order a portable AC unit that was a dehumidifier/heater/AC/fan. Very knowledgeable in what will work best for my area and the refurbished unit has been very reliable for the past three years. We also bought a patio heater from them last year and I have nothing but the best to say about these guys and their products!
