I would leave ZERO stars if I could. **BEWARE** Found out there is NO SECURITY on Saturday evenings. Broken driver's side passenger door, over $1500 of items stolen (yes, our fault), and even had a small semblance of camera footage (not helpful, as the perps knew the camera angles and its location). Security guard who just got on duty was helpful as he could be, but felt like it was an inside job. Was told it normally doesn't happen on the level we were parked (C). DO NOT PARK HERE (ESP on Sat evenings) - if you do, take EVERYTHING!!! Oh, they left my Yeti tumbler and Beats headset...Thanks

It was a convenient place to park and suitable to our desired destination. The reason for three stars is because it was a very tight parking space and the pillars were so close to my car that one out of the four doors wouldn't open. Also, after driving an hour I really needed to use the bathroom but there weren't any there. Luckily there are plenty of stores close by. The payment option was easy to follow and the is on site security which is a bonus in my book. If you don't mind the tight squeeze upon entry and parking spaces as well as there being no restrooms, then I would say that this parking garage is at an ideal location. Depending on your needs of course. 😁

Our Pike Place area hotel recommended this garage. They had a $32 daily rate with in and out privileges via hotel QR code link. I believe SpotHero also offers an advanced daily rate with same in and out privileges. We parked in the garage for 1 week, leaving and returning nearly every day. Elevators always worked, there are 3 available. You enter through a very nice lobby with security staff who typically are staring at the cameras, rarely acknowledging you. You park on the 3rd and higher floors. This is best for smaller vehicles, we had a compact car. It is about a 3 block walk to Pike Place Market. We had no issues during day or early evening before 11PM. Watch out for eScooters which are more of a hazard than the homeless you'll pass. Nothing happened to our car.

Elevators are OUT OF ORDER and there are no signs anywhere. So you just parked on 3rd floor and found out elevators are not functioning and now will have to climb up like 9 flights of stairs. Park somewhere else!

we stayed at a hotel on 1st and Pine that had no parking, so this location was perfect. paid ahead for the week we were there. we left one day to go to snoqualmie and couldn’t get back in with the qr code- apparently you have to pay extra for in and out privileges, which is not explicitly mentioned anywhere when placing your reservation online. the qr code did not work when we returned that day- the online attendant informed us that you just have to take a ticket to get in but inform the attendant when we leave that we prepaid. we left again for hiking the following day and the attendant when we left confirmed our prepaid reservation and got us out just fine. on our last day, heading to the airport, we called an attendant again (as we were informed to do, and done previously), but the att
