411 Annex Parking

Terrible. Unclear directions on how to pay or register your vehicle, and a parking session was started for my vehicle the day AFTER I left town. Awful, do not use if you can avoid it. Customer service is all AI chat as well.

We parked here over the weekend for the Ghost concert, paid in cash on the way out and it said change shortage and did not give us our change. We pressed the help button and they couldn’t get in contact with the on sight people. Eventually they just told us to get in contact with them in normal business hours. It’s Sunday and we are from out of state so it’s not like we can just show up for them to give us our money back on Monday as we are driving 5 hours away back home. Very upset, we lost $17 dollars because of their negligence to refill the change.

Close to Summerfest but we just saw a concert and it took us 45 minutes to get out of the lot after the show. They only had one machine working and many people did not prepay with Spot Hero so everyone had to wait while people paid their parking fee. We were on the 3rd floor and did not even get out of our parking space for 15 minutes. It was torturous. I will NEVER park there again. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

First off, the parking structure will let you in, even if there is no parking available. Second, they will also charge you for driving all the way to the top floor and back down, Just to leave... The lady on the intercom was nice, but said there was nothing that she could do to let me out, even though my car was never parked. The line of people for Summerfest parking really made them a ton of money, even though they didn't park...

On my way out, I put my ticket in exactly the way it wanted me to and it kept saying it couldn't read the barcode. I had to press the call button and answer several questions and read off several long numbers to a person for them to finally open the gate for me to leave. Would not recommend.
